    Yoga

Right Steps® offers yoga to all children as a beneficial, non-competitive physical activity that increases concentration and improves children’s relationship with their inner selves. Right Steps® uses an imaginative approach by allowing the children to create stories and characters while visiting different places around the world to explore the potential of their mind, body, and spirit.

    Gymnastics

    The number one goal at Right Steps® is your child’s overall health and safety. Childhood obesity and juvenile diabetes rates have tripled over the past 30 years, and the most effective way of fighting these serious health problems is early education and awareness. Not only will children get to participate in fun physical activities like an obstacle course, but they will tumble, flip, and roll into fitness, learning about making healthy choices in all aspects of their lives.     Dance

    Dancing can be performed in celebration, ritual, storytelling, and entertainment.
