John & Regina Reydler

A well-traveled couple from Europe, John and Regina Reydler made the Greater Philadelphia area their home nearly two decades ago. After several years of living, working and raising three children in the area, John and Regina were inspired to open their first Right Steps ® in Bucks County in 2004.

My husband and I created Right Steps ® because we wanted to provide our own children something above and beyond what they were offered when we first enrolled them in preschool. We were inspired on a trip to France, where we visited children who were lovely and thriving in inspiring, educational environments. Right Steps ® is a place where every singe child feels they are important and valuable to our program. We provide a nurturing, happy, educational and safe environment where parents can feel their children will be comfortable and well taken care of every singleeel their children will be comfortable and well taken care of every single day. We feel so strongly in our offerings that even my own children attended Right Steps ® they were my very first clients! – Regina Reydler, Founder.

A preschool teacher with a bachelors degree in elementary education and certified as one of the first female Bucks Countys Keystone Stars Initiative Early Childhood Education Director Credential recipients, Regina Reydler found her niche. Regina, through Right Steps ®, dedicates herself to providing children with the experiences and tools to aid in education and development, including the importance of global education. Field trips to area cultural institutions and technology which allows students to interact with classrooms across the globe, further John and Reginas philosophy that educational exposure is at the core of the various curriculums. Each curriculum is designed to not only teach basic skills, but also to foster mutual respect and social responsibility for the worlds youngest citizens.

With two thriving locations in Bucks County, Pa., John & Regina decided to expand their efforts to foster healthy intellectual and social development to the Greater Philadelphia areas youngest citizens by opening their newest boutique location in the prestigious Rittenhouse Square.

The way children learn, think, and behave throughout their lives are shaped by early experiences and we are excited to position ourselves in the heart of the City where we can expose our kids to a host of new educational and cultural offerings, said Regina Reydler.

John and Regina currently reside in Bucks County with their three children: Milada, Benjamin and Rachel.
